Do you ever put your photos on google earth? I am VERY slowly adding a few. I put this one on and plan to put a few more on along. I enjoy looking at everyone else's so thought I would put a few of my own. I tend to like the ones of not so famous places....just shots of the countryside.
it never occurred to me to add mine, great idea. i wondered where the photos came from. i love this tree
ReplyDeleteI didn't even know it was possible to put photos on Google Earth! Will check it out.
ReplyDeleteI've seen others photos, never thought of doing it myself. Great idea Rose!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a fine shot of this rugged tree. I like it's sturdy look and pattern of the limbs. Nice idea to post your picture on Google earth.
ReplyDeletehaven't done it. love this shot, tho.
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing looking tree Rose. I also didn't know you could put pictures on google earth.
ReplyDeleteI love old trees. I have heard of Google Earth, but didn't know you could put pictures on it, and what is the purpose???
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure I didn't know this -- lovely shot of the cornfield and lonely tree. :)
ReplyDeleteI did this a long time ago of places Sinbad and I camped, mostly as so we could find them later on. Then I changed computers, had a meltdown or something, and lost all I had listed. The pictures are probably still out there on the landscape somewhere but I have no idea where.
ReplyDeleteGreat tree. Reminds me of the huge oak on the property behind mine.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that anyone could place photos on Google Earth, though I probably wouldn't do it anyway. Silly as it may be, I'm too concerned with copyright infringement. It's become such a huge concern where social media are concerned (Google, Pinterest and others) with their lack of protection (and in some cases their ability to do what they want with our photos). For photos that I'm not concerned about, perhaps, but otherwise, no. :-/
No, I've never done it.
ReplyDeleteKinda' lost on that concept
ReplyDeleteYes, but now can't remember how I did it!
