Little cabin in Illinois

We found the Forest Glen Preserve a week or two ago...I was surprised that it had this cabin.  And disappointed cause it was not open to the public.

    So I wonder if this is old and people used to live in it, or was built just for show not long ago? It is very cute!

    to tell you how observant I am, i did not see the fence until I read Tex comment. i was so focused on the house and the front porch, i missed the fence. love that house

    I would love to have a cabin like this in the woods. Yes it is too bad it is not open. I can see Maw and Paw rocking on the porch. MB
