We had snow, but not much. Maybe we got an inch or so. It melted right off the streets and sidewalks. Got just enough to make it sloppy.
I wish I could find this farm again. I think we have ran across it a time or two since then, but it is always after we have rambled all over creation.
And for something a little different, I altered the following photo.
It was so snowy/foggy looking in its natural state that nothing seemed to work good while still leaving the feel of the photo. I liked this best of all.

ReplyDeleteOh, the stories those old buildings could tell! Beautiful images.
ReplyDeleteYou've done a wonderful job of capturing rural America on a wintry day. I like your edited last picture very much.
ReplyDeleteIt was enough snow to give these farm building a very attractive coating. I like the last picture for the processing you did. A fine looking, toned image.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful old barn!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots. They all are good. I hope you find it again. I try to remember where I see things but not always successful--dang it!

ReplyDeleteI love your last photo - you made it look old-timey!
Lovely! Can we have some of your snow? We had three minutes of flurries about a month ago. That's it! I'm in the South.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Snowy and foggy can really make a lovely photo!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful images of the barn! It is especially lovely in the snow, even if it wasn't too much. The edited version is quite cold looking, so I like it!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if we will get any snow this year. I always like a few inches on a day that I don't have to be somewhere. lol I like the treatment you used on the last one. It does look good.
ReplyDeleteI love it in it's natural state and I like the last one too.
