Gossip girls

Every time I see birds on a wire like this, I think of Norman Rockwell's Post cover seen here...you have to scroll down a little bit.

    What is it about power wires that birds love? I have seen this Pixar film many times, I have the Pixar shorts DVD. Do you have it? Lorelei would love it! Except for the psychic baby.

    We saw so many large congregations of birds like this when we were in TN last week...they were just everywhere! I have always wondered what they were talking about when they are all together like that!

    This post gave me a chuckle :)
    There's an intersection in Galveston that you will find what seems like all the birds on the island settling down for the night on all the wires. Next time I need to get a photo of it.

    Loved the birds on the wire shot. I've always wanted to get one but never seem to have my camera with me when I see them.
    I found it really interesting about Norman Rockwell and the "Gossips" which turned out to be his own neighbors. That took nerve for sure.
    Loved that Pixlar short. It was so cute. I'm showing it to my granddaughter today. She'll enjoy it too.
