For the Barn Collective...

I am again featuring Tennessee barns...still from the same day in April of 2011.  I altered the first one to B&W, plus a few other alteratiosn trying to make it presentable.  It was taken mid-day and was very washed out.  Not so sure this is any better, but I am tired of fiddling with it.

Next we are going to have some glimpses of barns..
You can see by looking at this that the road is curvy with no place to pull off, so you just take what you can get in cases like this.
This is a barn that I remember--there was just no way to get a good view of it.  So I am posting a couple different glances of it.
Just FYI, I took over 200 images on that drive, and the majority of them have a barn in them!  So, I am just going to go through them and post a few of my favorites...even if I have posted them before.

Also, our granddaughter is still here, but leaving tomorrow.  So I may be slow in visiting but will for try to get around to everyone before the week is out.

If you have a barn to share, won't you share it with The Barn Collective?

  8. These are beauties! I like seeing the cattle in the last one. :-) Really like the composition of the third, and look how close to the road is the barn in the second image - wow!

  9. I actually love the black and white version...gives it a great haunting appearance. I swear I have seen this barn in TN near where my son lives...or it's twin brother. Do you mind sharing what part of TN? Wouldn't it be something if it was the same one??
