I cannot resist showing more than one...and sometimes a B&W version of a couple of them.
I sometimes think B&W shows the clouds better.
This one makes me think of some big ship on the ocean or a big spaceship of some kind.
I have taken pics with that silo in it at least a hundred times.
I used to always see beavers on this pond, but have not seen one in at least a year or two. I don't know if they are gone, or if I am just out there at the wrong time.
Both B/W and color shots of the clouds are lovely shots! I do love that silo in the distance
ReplyDeleteClouds are just so beautiful. I like both treatments of the subject matter.
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful Rose, did a bit of cloudchasing myself today!
ReplyDeleteHello Rose, I love to cloud watch. I love the shot with the silo, so pretty. Both the B&W and color images are beautiful! Have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteIt's been years since I've seen any beavers in water...and I DO MEAN YEARS. Last time, probably 25 years or more.
ReplyDeleteLove the clouds. Especially the colored images.
Hi Rose, whenever I am on the road driving or as a passenger, I love to cloud watch. I love both your coloured and B&W cloud photos. They are both beautiful!
ReplyDeleteamazing clouds and i like the spaceship cloud a lot.. cloud watching is hard to do while driving, you are blessed to be the passenger. i will not ride with bob so i can't shoot while in the car
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful captures of these clouds! There is nothing I love better. Sometimes I wish I had nothing else to do other than spread out a quilt, ly down on it and watch clouds all day like when I was kid! Happy Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteI like the contrast between the color and BW cloud shots. The sun in the sky around the clouds is beautiful. A fine post.
ReplyDeleteLovely sky shots, Rose!
ReplyDeleteLove your cloud shots! I believe that beavers will move on after a few years in one place. That seems to be the case in our neck of the woods. We had beavers in a small pond down the street from us for about five years. These days they are nowhere in sight. I think they are interesting, hard working animals and I enjoyed trying to catch them now and then.
ReplyDeletevery pretty!
ReplyDeleteWonderful cloud shots. I liked both versions. - Clouds are always so fun to look at and imagine what they look like. Thanks for sharing.
