Featuring one Tennessee barn

This week I am featuring a barn I posted over four years ago...I think it is worth showing to a few new visitors.  It was taken the same day as the past few Barn Collective posts.
I think this is an interesting barn...
I think it has seen a lot of use in its day...and probably still does.
The doors could sure use a little TLC.
They are probably doing good to still be hanging....

  2. I love red barns and is huge. I see two woods used to lock the doors. Someone might be using this barn. Thanks for sharing.

  8. Falling down barns make wonderful pictures, but always make me wonder ... I know how hard farmers work, but doesn't it seem like during the winter they'd take time to at least fix the doors?

  12. That's an awesome barn! It looks piecemeal but obviously was some pretty good construction to still be standing. Great textures in the pretty red wood!

  13. Those doors certainly have some character, though I wouldn't volunteer to repair them as it looks like you'd need to star from scratch. The kind of problem you learn to ignore when you see it every day.
