A touch of spring...

I think these are Honey Locust blossoms...whatever they are, I love taking photos of them.  But when they are in bloom, the smell is almost too overpowering.

    I saw your comment about EG. I have not thus far seen an obituary, but their names had not yet been publicly released about the accident. Perhaps by Saturday.

  5. The oldtimers used to layer honey locust pods and ripe persimmons in barrels to make beer.

  8. Nope! These are not Honey Locust, but rather Black Locust flowers. Their fragrance is intoxicating.

  9. I just checked my mango and avocado trees and am happy to find them in bloom, however inconspicuous.
