I have been sitting here looking in the archives...thought I would show a couple or three from this date. Again, they may have been posted before.
They were taken north of here, and there is about a 20 minute timespan between the time I took the shot of the buzzard and the time of the photos of this field.
You can tell by the long shadows that it is evening time. I know these are weeds...henbit, I believe...but it sure is pretty when seen like this.
Beautiful pictures. Wishing you both a restful night.
ReplyDeleteFotografias fantásticas , estes campos estão com umas tonalidades magnificas.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e óptima Quarta-Feira.

Like a beautiful carpet.
ReplyDeleteHello, the carpet of weeds is a pretty color. Lve the vulture shot. Happy Wednesday, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeletei love that field of flowers and i am thinking this buzzard is pleased that you showed his majestic side.. they are so ugly on the ground and beautiful in flight
ReplyDeleteLook at that wingspan! What I wouldn't give to fly...I mean, without a ticket, tiny seat, and premptive groping by the TSA.
ReplyDeleteI like the close up of the bird's stretched wings. The weed's colored look is very attractive.
ReplyDeleteGreat wingspan the buzzard has. Love the color across the field.

Beautiful photos of buzzard's wide spread wings and the pink field.
ReplyDeleteGreat capture on the flight! Love the pinkish lawn or henbit field :) Pleasant to view in evening light
ReplyDeleteI have not heard of henbit. It does look like a carpet and quite nice!
ReplyDeleteHi! I like your last photo very much. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteNice in-flight shot. The hen bit does look good en masse.
