From the summer...

This first barn photo is from earlier this summer...near the end of May.

This one was taken on the same day...
that we took Lorelei to the Aikman Wildlife Adventure.  More photos from that another day.

I am going to try joining Tom's Barn Collective and see how that goes....hopefully can visit everyone that joins.

  2. Great images! I love the alpaca. They certainly have personality and I love to knit with their wool. ;)

  3. Rose, that first barn is a winner! I'm so happy to have you here this week, hoping that this signals improvement for Roger. Take care and stop by when you can...the welcome mat is always out!

  4. I like the old barn even though it appears to be abandoned. Beautiful bright red on the second one!

  5. The old barn has many stories I am certain. It was a great barn in its first years. I like seeing the red barn and also the llamas too. If it is your granddaughter, she is pretty.

  6. Great contrasts between the two barns. I think my preference is always towards the derelict, they are more interesting to me somehow. Although I'm sure any farmer would be proud of the pretty red barn. No doubt sweet Lorelei enjoyed her visit.
