When we leave the strip pits, we pass this farm. They have a small herd of cattle. I bet they are the most photographed cows in Edgar County, Illinois.
I pause and take photos every time I pass when they are near the fence.
I think they are well cared for...they never have any fear of us.
I hope you enjoyed these pretty ladies...
Terrific shots Rose.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't you get them to smile?
ReplyDeleteHi Rose! One if my fav animals. Love those ears!
ReplyDeleteHello, they are all pretty. The ears are cute, the first shot is adorable. Great captures. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteThey deserve to be much photographed too, especially the one whose ears seem to have been transplanted from a big Teddy Bear!
ReplyDeleteUm belo animal.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de boa semana.

Who doesn't love a pic of a cow or seeing one in person. The other day we were driving to Goshen and passed a farm with cows. There were two calves playing in a similar manner that puppies do. I was so surprised and delighted! It was an awesome sight.

On my block friend should be happy that I don't live close to those guys because I would have cows on my block everyday. They are just so beautiful and I love the one with the Golden Ears. I sure would like to scratch those pretty faces. Love love love them
ReplyDeleteI cracked up. The "Steeler Ladies" do a parody of Beyoncé's "Single Ladies" - All My Steeler Ladies song and there was that cow in the first photo wearing the Steeler colors - black and gold.
ReplyDeleteTose, your blog is easy to read because you use a good font size. Always enjoy it. Nice cows!
