On an Illinois farm...

This boat sits over on a farm just over in Illinois a few miles.  I have no idea if it is still in use...cannot remember how far back I first noticed it.  It always brings a smile to see it.

Question...is it technically a boat?

    I can't see the trailer but the bracing looks like it is holding it up on a trailer. It is a strange place to store a boat. It is a good looking boat surrounded by land.

    it is a really nice boat, and now I wonder why it is in dry dock, maybe the captian is sick or died. or it could be to expensive to pay for gas for it

    Well, it's a beached boat. Perhaps the owner has given up floating the boat and simily likes being able to sit on the boat since it close to home.
