A favorite

I took this photo of the American Bittern back in 2011 out at the strip pits.  I had seen it one time before, but have never seen one since.

    A rare and awesome find!! I could hardly believe my eyes, an actual Bittern! They are so very secretive! This is your best find ever! And the picture is perfect!
