I will show you three views of the same barn...
I could not decide on just one, so showing all three.
Again, those two little windows puzzle me. they are just so little, but I suppose they do let in some light. And if there is no loft, there are the windows on the side.
I will be linking to the Barn Collective...
Bob says maybe those windows are for ventilation but they look like they're close to me maybe it's just to let light in so they can see what they're doing up there in the place where they store the hay great shots
ReplyDeleteI like the second photo best. Barns are like people - we all look better and more interesting at a three-quarter view instead of full face or profile!
ReplyDelete...now this is a style that isn't common here in New York. Those side lean tos add a lot of extra space. Thanks Rose for stopping by, I hope to see you again.
ReplyDeleteThis one is beautiful! And so well taken care of! Phil thinks the windows are to let some light in when it is closed up. I am so curious, now I will Google it! Get back to you later if I find anything...
ReplyDeleteI always love to see a red barn! Don't know about the little windows...
ReplyDeleteI just read that windows are meant to let air, light, or gas pass through.
ReplyDeleteGreat barn Rose. Love a red on anytime. I would suppose the windows are partly for looks and partly for light and maybe to be opened in the summertime.

Nice bright red barn.
ReplyDeleteI wonder why the roof juts out in the front.
ReplyDeleteA nice pretty barn with small windows and roof with pointed side.
ReplyDeleteExcelente trabalho, gostei.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.

All three are fine barn pictures. The barn looks to be in good shape.
