Photo shoot....

We went to the Heron Viewing station north of Danville, Illinois today...there was a pair of Mute swans.  I will share several pics here...

  4. so very beautiful and they make my heart feel warm and fuzzy looking at them, especially together. I have never seen a swan in the wild. I did see 2 black ones at Jungle Gardens..

  9. You have shared some very wonderful photos. I like all of them. You are good at composition and take greet shots. I think the swan is a beautiful bird and I don't see them very often.

  13. Beautiful pictures. I live very near a bay in the St. Joseph River and there are swans all over the place, though I don't know if they are MUTE. They have been known to attack fishing boats and most that live along the river don't like them very much. But I think they are beautiful and enjoy them each and every time I see them.

  14. So beautiful, Rose. The close-ups where they're craning their necks are lovely. I have a blog friend who takes pictures of Swans all the time. They are like family to her.
