Roger and I went to Tennessee in October...there are 5 of us girls that went through elementary and high school...my one friend went to Pennsylvania and I came to Indiana...she has been home before but I wasn't there at the same time. This was the first time we had seen each other since high school! Anyway, us five girls met there and ate and caught up with each other. It was as if we had never been apart.

ReplyDeleteThey say you can never go back. I have found that to be true. I never go back to an old job. The people you left behind never have time to stop and visit. I went back to my hometown for my 25th High School reunion. None of the people I wanted to see were there. I searched for them on Facebook later and never found them. I miss those friends I had back then, but I suspect we would probably not be friends now if we "found" each other.
