Grand-fur-babies....
My daughter lives in the St, Louis area. She sent me this photo earlier this evening. They have been experiencing storms. This is her dog, Delta, who does not like storms. So my daughter places this quilt in the corner of her sectional....then Delta comes and sits and looks at her till she comes and sits with her.
Notice on the back of the couch is her kittie, Charlie. (short for Charlotte) They are best of friends, and chase each other through the house. And they sound about like a herd of horses. Charlie, will run along the back of the couch and reach and get Delta, or jump on her.
They pretty much match each other, too!

We all need a safe place to get us through the storms.
ReplyDeleteI missed the cat at first. Great picture of the two of them.

Aww, aren't they sweet. How cool that they have the same coloring.
ReplyDeleteI had a dog who was afraid of storms. He would not leave my side until it was over.
I LOVE THIS PHOTO.. so sweet and I noticed right away their furs MATCH each other. I love happy stories of dogs and cats loving each other.. so sorry about the storms. Big Boy is scared of them also, he huddles under our legs between the ottoman and sofa.. tell Delta I kissed her on the nose...
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteLove the cute dog Delta. The kittie is sweet cute. Cute furbabies. Wishing you a happy day and weekend!
My daughters dog, scout, it’s so afraid of storms that they have to put on a thunder jacket to keep him calm. It’s interesting that the cat and dog have such a good relationship.
ReplyDeleteOh, how cute, Rose. She DOES look like a grand-fur-baby! That's nice of your daughter to put a special quilt on the couch for her when the storms begin. What a wonderful picture with a wonderful story. : )
