I always love turtles on a log...


Just a little bit closer


Love this place...


I love dragonflies...I did not know there was such a variety till I started blogging.


Thought it would be fun to share a few from the backwaters here...

  5. I always love your outdoor nature photos. The dragonfly pictures are stunning!! I like the turtle picture where they are all on a log, except for one, who is poking his head up from the water.

  7. Wonderful photos. I scrolled back through them and when I looked at the one with the turtles a second time I realized that there was another one in the water with just it's head sticking out

  11. You take the best dragonfly photos, Rose. You know, there is a show called Christmas on the Bayou, and it's one of my favorites. I've yet to see the Bayou, but the girls have both seen it in their travels. : )
