The monster inside me....

The monster inside me got to playing with two or three pics the other night...and playing with B&W, etc....

This is filtered...I think using red.

This one is Holga-ish...notice the edges of the photo.

And then there is this...I mistakenly clicked on something.  I forget what now....but it is my favorite.  You can tell this photo is taken through the windshield if you look closely.    Where this was taken, there is hardly any traffic.  I do not even do this if there is an on-coming car or if there is one behind me.  I may go 10-15 miles and only see one car.

  2. These are all really neat, but my favorite is the third one. You can see the clouds so vividly in that photo. It just stood out to me. : )

  5. I love these. What a view. Yes, the last one is awesome, the black and white effect gives it a very dramatic look.
I do the same thing when taking pictures from the car. If I spot a car in either direction I won't stop. I once pulled over to the side of the road to take a picture and a guy stopped thinking I needed help.

  7. Nice edits. Much more fun using coloured filters on B/W these days than it ever was when you had to screw things on to the front of the lens.

  8. Black-and-white pictures are my favorite. That last one is dramatic and very impressive. I think if they worth experimenting to see if you could discover what to click to get this result.

  9. I have never done that but I'm going to try it the next time I edit a photo. That must say something about me, but not sure what, lol.

I still like pictures with color best though.

  11. Isn't it nice to see the differences, but you always have to start with a great photograph and it is!

    All the best Jan

  12. It's fun to play with one picture and see the difference editing can make. This is a greta picture, in any form.
