What a beauty....

I would love to find this barn again...I have looked and looked on google earth trying to find it.  I know it is south and west of Crawfordsville, and quite a few miles north of Rockville.  I think it is closer to Crawfordsville than Rockville.  Other than that I cannot tell you.  We were just out rambling around and ran across it.

I thought I had some close-ups of the doors but I don't.  This view is the only close-up I got.

I did not get one single pic from the other side of the barn.  We were stopped in the middle of the road...no place to pull off.  I suppose that is why I did not take the time to get more.

  1. Wow, this is gorgeous! Too fancy for cows, I wonder if it is a barn style house and people live there?? That is what I think. Look at those detailed high windows. And those buildings off to the right side do look like the home's actual barns.

  8. now i am wondering just what they keep in that barn. it is about the fanciest decorated barn i have ever seen... i also am wondering what the home looks like. the shelter we got Baby from, had a gorgeous horse barn, decorated and beautiful and big... the house was a tiny concrete 2 bedroom ugly house... but the barn was beautiful

  11. Is this on US 41? I know I drive past it sometimes when I'm coming back to Crawfordsville from Shades State Park. I'll take 234 to 41 and go up to 32 (because I like rambling a bit on my way home). I've always loved that barn!
