This first photo is to give you a just a bit of an overall view of the place...
This barn is so wide....this photo does not really portray how it feels to be looking at it in real life.
I zoomed in a bit above but still showing how wide it is...
And then the one above and below to give a bit more detail. Remember to click and expand the view.
How would you like to paint this baby? I love your barn pictures!
ReplyDeleteCould be the biggest one I've ever seen. The silo is huge too.

Some of that peeling paintwork has wonderful texture, though not to the eye of the owner I suspect.

ReplyDeleteWhat a monster... that would have taken some constructing. Love the last shot, all mottled and torn... YAM xx
Fabulous detail. My favorite is the next to last photo!
ReplyDeleteFrom the first picture it looks like it's out in the middle of nowhere. That is a huge barn.
ReplyDeleteI can remember playing in my uncles barn with my cousins when I was a kid. I bet this one would hold lots of adventures.
the first few photos are moody, sad, speak of being abandoned.. it is a beautiful and oh so wide barn. sad to see it like it is but also good to see it. weathered but still standing, like US
ReplyDeleteUma pena estar abandonado e aproveito para desejar um bom fim-de-semana.

This is the fine series of pictures on thi.s farm. Excellent photography
ReplyDeleteThat sure is a huge old barn.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it has been quite a few different colors in its time.
A neat series on this massive barn. It's very wide.
ReplyDeleteWow- goodness, that's a big one. I am wondering how it has kept from caving in. I love the coloring from old paint- really neat!
ReplyDeleteThe old barn looks like it is barely standing. Wonderful textures and weathered wood.
ReplyDeleteThat is a huge barn.At one point it must have been a busy place.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a wide one indeed! But not very deep. Makes me wonder if this is where the farming equipment may be stored. I love the textures of the wood in the close-ups.
