A very elegant building with interesting details - are those windows up under the eaves? I see wheelchair-users are supposed to go round the back, some things are sadly universal.
When I looked at the first shot I was thinking I'd like to see the curtains, and as soon as I scrolled, there they were. Nice image of the building and the windows.

it is a beautiful building, maybe Federal Architecture? looks like it is attached to another building, now I am wondering what that looked like
