From the archives...Rock Run

This is a really old one...pre-digital.  It is a scanned slide.   This is a place we used to go to quite often.  A couple of  brothers that are/were farmers owned this place...and I suppose one still does.  The other one passed away a few years ago.

We used to take the kids back there....there was a creek for them to play in, a rope swing....we could build a fire either for cooking over, or just to sit by.

  2. Always nice to be able to sit around a good campfire - then go home and sleep in a comfortable bed!

  3. Looks like a nice place to hang out. I can sit in front of a fire and get hypnotized by the flames. I love watching them.
