Hot!


From a brick kiln that used to be in operation in Cayuga, Indiana.  This was taken in 2008.  The kiln had been in business for 50 years, but closed down in 2016.

    I must be hungry because it make me think of brick oven pizza. Nice shot of the fire surrounded by the dark stone work.

    Great capture of this kiln! I love the contrast between the hot flames and the cool gray exterior. That looks like a heavy door for the kiln's opening.

    Wow, that's some fire going in there. I can't imagine how hot it is right there in front of it. Too bad it's no longer in operation
