I thought I had added sweet peppers to the list of seeds we bought, but apparently I left them out. Maybe next time. I do love them, and I agree, the red does make a better picture.
I thought red and green bell peppers were distinct types. You seem to say if I leave the freens on the plant long enough they will turn red. Hmm. But I agree completely that the reds are sweeter,

ReplyDeletePeppers are good, I like them, but red or green (& yellow or orange), they don't like me so much. I still eat them when cooked.
ReplyDeleteI almost always choose the green peppers but red is a nice pop of color in food
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThe red pepper looks delicious, I like the red, orange and yellow pepper. Enjoy your day, wishing you a great week ahead.
Yum!! and I can’t wait to have them growing again in the garden.
ReplyDeletered like this is my favorite, yellow is 2nd, green bell peppers are 3rd. I like to just keep them in slices and eat as a snack, or cooked in things.
ReplyDeleteLovely luscious one !! I love all colours..cooked or in thin slices used for sandwiches :)))
ReplyDeleteBeautiful rich color.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty red color. I like all the colors but do like the red best. I love eating them as a snack
ReplyDeleteIt has a beautiful color, but either one are more flavor than I like.
ReplyDeleteUn pimiento muy hermoso.
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo.
These sweet peppers (which we call capsicums) give me upset tummy and make my hands itch madly if I touch them. I avoid them as much as I can!
ReplyDeleteNice splash of color with this red bell pepper image.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beauty! I love red bell pepper, especially in salads.
ReplyDeleteI like the green better also

I'm not a huge pepper fan for eating, but this one sure makes a great picture. Oh, I do eat them occasionally , but not very often.
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous bell pepper. I have never had much luck growing them. This one is perfect.

ReplyDeleteYes, I like the green ones too. Don't remember every trying the red ones. They have yellow at the store as well.
