Looking forward

I look forward to days where I at least have the possibility of seeing butterflies.

  1. Beautiful Swallowtail. I guess I won't be seeing any of those this year; we do have a British equivalent but not in this immediate area and I fear we shan't be travelling far for several months.

  4. we have in the past had an over abundance of butterflies, year round. now with the drought, we have no flowers, no bees, no butterflies. the blooms for avocados are dropping off the trees, we see a butterfly once in a while. not like the flocks of them we used to watch.....

  5. This is a beautiful photo. I have never been able to get a picture of a butterfly. I can't even get the camera up to my eye before they are flying away.
