A bit more color

Yes, it is poison ivy. And while it always gets so colorful, I don't think I have ever seen it quite the color this was.  Almost a dull copper color.

  7. Me and my kids and their dads were all terribly allergic the poison ivy and it grew everywhere in Georgia it ruin our fencing and the dreaded every year one of us would get into it no matter how careful we wore but I don't think I ever saw it just color. My aunt was so allergic to it that someone was throwing it on a fire and burning it to get rid of it and the smoke got on her and she broke out all over with a hard rash

  8. Pretty - even if poisonous. I suppose it won't be long till we see some genuine autumn colours.

  15. Isn’t it a shame that a plant this pretty is poisonous ? Those leaves are beautiful .

  16. I don't think that I have ever seen it that color before, and if I did I certainly did not know what it was. I get such a terrible reaction from it!

  17. I have seen it red, but never with the green/yellow veins. Plus the ivy turns red in the fall as the other leaves gain color as well.
