Rust and weathered wood...

This is at Patton's Corner...just a spot beside the road out in the country.  People are welcome to stop and look around.  We have never seen anyone else there, but there is a guest book inside the cabin to sign.  I love to go there and look.

  2. Its a pity that the tools are left out in the open to rust.

  3. At a glance (just above & to the right a bit) the iron is shaped into a spouted coffee pot! Does anyone else see it?

  5. Interesting. So is it a store of some kind or just a place to stop and look around? It looks like you would find some interesting things there.

  6. What an interesting roadside stop! I would be intrigued to see where the people are from who stop by to sign the guestbook. Everything looks so well placed to make an eye-catching display.

  10. Where I grew up nearly every house had a shed full of rusty tools like that - I wonder where they've all gone now.

  14. That is nice. I have a bunch of rusty old tools that I dug up in the garden. I should hang them on the wall.
