Old Homestead Farm


 I seldom see barns this color.  I think it is a pleasant color but I prefer red.

    The green has faded to a very pleasant colour. When I worked on a farm we only got permission to erect one large building if we painted it green - "to blend in with the countryside". It didn't really work.

    I love the green, and it is a nice barn. in great shape. my favorite barns are the ones with just old gray weathered wood.

    I agree that red is the traditional color for barns, but this is nice for a change.

    It is a very pretty color. I have never seen one like it. I have seen a blue barn but they are mostly red. A lovely image.

    I like the color but like you I prefer Red barns.
