Look at the look in his eyes...he only had eyes for this daughter. He just came here, we never knew where from. I won't call him a stray because he was too well taken care of. I tried to find the owners...and had about given up and was just going to keep him and he disappeared. I drove every street in this town and a nearby town trying to find him...I looked down ever alley. I never saw him again.

ReplyDeleteIt's like some people in life; they are there for a few minutes, maybe years, and then it all moves on... but the impression is never lost! YAM xx
AN angel visited you to bring you some love. How adoring he looks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a moment you captured to memorialize! I hope he was eventually safe.
ReplyDeletewhat a lovely piece of emotion in the look!! Sigh!! He vanished as quickly as he came !!!!! What a pity.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing he was just out for a big adventure, and finally went home. You did all you could. That's such a sweet photo.
ReplyDeleteOh, that look of adoring... perhaps a 4 footed angel...
ReplyDeleteMakes you really wonder...

I hope it was someone who loved him, he is so beautiful or was I should say. we had a 24 hour dog, we called him Ralph. he hung around and the next day wa gone, that was before we had any dogs, we were going to keep him

ReplyDeleteYes, I DID see the heart!!!! Amazing, isn't it???
DeleteMaybe his owners found him, or he found his owners. This is the sweetest photo, Rose. I love everything about it.
