I saw these as I passed through the strip mining area on Friday. I did not get much of a chance to photograph them because a truck was coming a bit too fast and stirring up so much I wanted inside with the windows rolled up. Where they had not been paying much attention to me, they went on into the woods with the noise of the truck.
I'm so glad you took it! I love wild turkeys. 😊
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome photo! Makes me think of two old friends.
ReplyDeleteIn SF's bay area, where I grew up and lived for many years, I NEVER saw a wild turkey. Now they're all over the suburban areas-- sometimes being a nuisance. I like this picture a lot! They look like they're simply out for a stroll.
ReplyDeleteI love this!!!
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteCute photo of the Turkeys walking away, they are safer in the woods.
Have a happy day and a great new week!
This is a nice photo of them even if they are walking away.

ReplyDeleteHow lovely those turkey feathers are.
ReplyDeleteLovely look of their tail feathers as they hurry away. Cool shot.
ReplyDeleteThat is a unique shot.
ReplyDeleteA great image of these turkeys. I don't see them very often here in Maryland but I did see a lot of them out in Oregon. I guess if I was in a more rural area I would see them more often.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is a cute picture of the turkeys. They almost look like they are joined together. I used to see them all the time in my old town. They would just roam the neighborhoods. I love them. : )

As usual, the turkeys are beautifully synced!
