This is from 2022....she was coming regular till a neighbor had a lot of work done which included sawing and hammering.  I never saw her again...

  1. This little squirrel is just too adorable. It has a lot more brown in the fur compared to the gray squirrels that we have here. So adorable and what a beautiful face. I am sad that she is gone. This is just so heartwarming!

  2. I'm sorry she left. That must have been fun.

On your other blog you asked if we still balance our checkbooks. I don't because we write few checks...most transactions are done electronically. I do check my bank statements once a month when they come in.

  3. I can't help it! I love squirrels and chipmunks. I had a squirrel climb my leg one day at San Francisco's Stowe Lake. I was holding out some popcorn and it didn't occur to me that it made more sense to him to climb the "tree".

  11. Oh my gosh, is that your leg she is clinging to? As you know, I'm a bit afraid of the squirrels. They come on my lawn everyday, and I wish I was as tolerant and appreciate them as much as you do. This is a great photo, Rose.
