It is an amazingly spacious open air design. I agree with you that it looks like it needs a special place to be. Nice one.
I really like the double verandas on this building. I could certainly enjoy sitting out there taking in the beautiful mountain scenery.

This is indeed very strange...The columns look like they've been brought in from some southern Mansion and stuck here to give the place some class!

I have no idea of the history of this house/apartmment building. It always seems sort of out of place. As if it should be a big country estate. Instead, it is on a little street in the Gap...
