Rose, you take the best chicken photos in blog land. I'm not fond of chickens, because at my previous place, the next door neighbors had chickens, and they were so LOUD early in the morning. Very annoying, but if I lived on a farm and they were far away, it wouldn't bother me. haha

Chickens were a part of my earliest memories. In the village where I grew up nearly everybody kept a few hens.
