A better view


 

It was finally warm enough with no rain to get out and take a photo of her, or him.  I suppose I don't really know whether it is the mom or dad.

    Superb close-up! I am surprised that you are able to get so close. Although, it could be protecting its eggs.

    Oh my gosh, adorable! I bet you can't wait for the babies. Good thing the nest is not in a low tree, or the cats would get it. That is what always happens to us.

    I think it is the mom, because I doubt the male would sit on the egg that long.. she is darling, sweet, adorable

    Great close-up! We have a lot of doves around but I have never been blessed to see one nesting like this.
