This is the one and only quilt my older daughter made...when she was still in college. She made the blocks, and I had her do them in a quilt as you go method. After she got them made, I set them together and did the binding for her. If I remember correctly it is about 60 inches square.
And being that there is red in it, I thought I would use it for Ruby Tuesday...to join click the badge at the bottom of this post

What a wonderful, colorful collage of quilt pieces she put together!! Awesome colors...wow, musta taken her a long time to make it. I'm impressed.
My Ruby Tuesday is up...this week, "Sweet William" --scroll down below my Tuesday's Heads or Tails section.
That was a lot of work!
It's beautiful!
Your daughter's quilt is a pretty one! It was good of you to help her complete it.
This is a masterpiece!
I agree with everyone else. This is one piece of beautiful art! :) Happy RT!
This is a very pretty quilt. It reminds of the quilts Mom had that were left in the old house. Finally someone stole them but animals had made nests of them before we found them.
Our Sunday school class makes quilts for new babies who are without means or with very little means. (Baby Quilts link for this story)

They looks pretty and well made...Happy RT! Mine is up.
I really like this! I've thought about doing something similar. I like making flowers that way. Beautiful and I like the black setting off each square.
What a beautiful and pretty keepsake quilt given the cooperative work that went into it. Fine shot for Ruby Tuesday.
What a beautiful quilt! I love the vibrancy of the colors! And all the more precious because your daughter made it.
Beautiful Quilt! My grandmother made quilts. It's such a lovely craft.
Quilt making is a true art; and I think you (and daughter) are masters! Just gorgeous!
