I took this the last day of September...and the minute I saw it on the computer I knew it was perfect for Sepia.

Look at the original below...doesn't it seem like it is sepia toned already.

As I was looking at this I got the bright idea to just sepia tone the sky, and leave the rest as it was taken.

While this is a perfect choice for the sepia effect I love the original and I'm glad you shared it as well. Nice composition.
Although the sepia picture is wonderful, I have to admit that I like all three versions.
This is one of those unusual photos that seems to work well all three ways, at least to my eye! Isn't it fun to experiment?
