Just imagine the work that went into this place...and the talent.

Whoever planned this and whoever executed the design were true artists.

I have never been inside the place, but think one of these days I will go take a look inside. I bet the inside is as beautiful as the outside.

I imagine lots of marble and columns and wood trim. :)
Thanks for this further look at this beautiful courthouse.
Yes, it is beautiful. When I was young, my parents always went on Sunday rides. We often stopped at court houses so my Dad could take pictures of the beautiful buildings. I don't think I have ever seen one quite like this. Very pretty.
The detail work in the bottom photo is beautiful.
Thanks for sharing these close ups of the intricate detailed art work that's gone into the building of this place. Today, we seem to make sterile, featureless buildings with little to distinguish one from the other.
Nice shooting, Rose!
Beautiful details on this building! Today's buildings just can't match these old masterpieces. They were definitely an artform and added character and beauty to the landscape. In 100 years what has been created today will not stand the test of time that these have.
I would love to take photos of this building. There's so much to see!
