New and old for Friday's fences....

It is time for Friday's fences again, so lets begin with something totally new. This is from the strip pits, taken Tuesday evening. I probably should have only posted the photo below, but went ahead and did both of them.

For some old, the above was taken I don't know when...kind of blurry...and has never been published for that reason.
This last one is old...with the one below being an altered version of the above. But don't ask me what I did because I don't have a clue. It was done so long ago.
If you want to join the fun, or just see more Friday's Fences, please join at Life According to Jan and Jer.

I love the spider web, both the original and the altered version. I like the composition, and the fence is just the perfect touch for the photo.

Love the shot of the web - before and after! I have some I did a few months back no a foggy morning - the absolutely best time for shooting a spider web. Nice shots!

Beautiful shot of that spider web on the fence!

The pheasants are beautiful!! I love the natural spiderweb, but the altered version has a certain charm, too...

What a handsome couple! But I also like the "old" neighborhood even though you're not totally pleased with it. And this must be playful Friday--or bored February--everyone seems to be in a special effects/editing mood--with surprising results--like your spider web that's now an abstract.

A nice collection of scenes behind and in front of the hog fence. :)

you are doing what Ann at Snap Edit and i are doing, we have been digging in our archives and just like you we found things we did way back when and no clue how. these are great, the web and the edit.

A fine series, Rose! I like the pheasant shots very much. The webs are special too. I tap my archives and can't remember where I took many of the pictures...a bummer to like a picture and not remember where it was.

I like both your old and new photos. The original photo of the spider web is very good, but what you did with it is neat as well.

I am not at all fond of the spider web, but I like your technique with it. Love the pheasants, though!

Thanks for all your comments - it does mean a lot to me.

Great bunch of fence pics. I love seeing those pheasants. We have one hanging around our house these days. An escapee from the rod and gun club. He managed to survive. Good thing. A nice bright spot in our day when we see him.
