Now showing....

I forgot today was Monday...just happened to realize it is time for Barn Charm.  I usually like to have some really nice shots to show here, but today I chose these I had meant to stick in here and there and never got around to it.
They are all from over in Illinois...all taken during the last month of two.
The one above is not that far from home, but I don't remember seeing it before.  I don't know if it has been painted or I have just forgotten it.

Anyway, linking to Barn Charm with these...will try to get some visiting done in the next day and get caught up.  Was to see Lorelei and her mom and dad this weekend.

Three very different barns and all look to be in good condition. You have such a wealth of barns in your area.

It is nice to see so many barns in good repair. Love the big roof on the second one. Maybe the last one is white because it is for MILK cows!!!

Sure am intrigued over the white or beige one.. wonder why they paint them the colors they do sometimes? Nice photos..I usually take mine as drive bys with little time to even slow down. Wish I could spend more time in different areas too. Nice photos!!

You've got some beauties here. My favorite one is the second--love that huge, sloping roof and I'm a sucker for the red barns! :>)

i like the first one and am wondering if someone lives in it, since those look more like house windows than barn windows. or maybe they just like lots of light for the cows/horses. beautiful barns.

The are awesome barns! Great photos girlfriend!

Beautiful shots! The first barn looks like it's sinking into the ground with that little knoll in front of it. Pamela

A fine set of barns. That first one has unusual windows. Each barn has its special look and purpose apparently. Nice post. I forgot to post mine last night and had to do that this morning when in a hurry. Naturally, the post didn't go well. I finally got it done correctly. :-)

This is unusual. Second Barn Charm post featuring honest to goodness glass-paned windows. Never noticed them on old barns before. Nice for when you're working inside them. My fav of your offerings today is that nice cream colored one--a change from more common red--or KY black!
