From an Amish place

This is from an Amish place up in Parke County...out in the middle of nowhere.  For the life of me, I cannot think of the name of the place.  But I always enjoy going there.

Does this qualify as "Carnival Glass:?" The colors are gorgeous and fit the interesting designs very well.
