You even captured the delicate little dew drops. This looks like a fisherman's fly.

This may be a rare capture of a milkweed seed. The plants are disappearing and so are Monarchs that feed on these plants. Both may be extinct very soon. Dig a hole in the snow and plant it in a sunny dry spot in your garden. Oh, and put on a jacket when you go out to plant it!
