Someone picked an awesome spot under that beautiful tree for the final resting place of someone or something.

Love the huge tree in the first shot and the beautiful aumtumn colours
Very nice fence finds. - My favorite today is that last shot. I love the sturdy fence post and that gorgeous foliage in the background.
before i relaized it is a grave, i laughed when the first photo came up, a tiny fence under a very big tree. that is what i thought. a peaceful place for a grave..
The trees are just fabulous.
Oh...that first one tells such a story...it must be a mystery too because like you said, being on private property like that, it's hard to know if it is a loved one or a beloved pet's grave. I'm sure the story behind it is quite interesting. I actually warms my heart, seeing these family plots on private property. It's the way they did things in the olden days :)
