Barns from here and there...

This was taken this past week...somewhere between Rockville and Crawfordsville, Indiana.   Long and low is the order of the day for this one.
And this is another from that same trip.  I actually think both were on 47 between Turkey Run State Park and Crawfordsville.
I have posted this one before, but it is so pretty I just have to post it again.  It is in Michigan.
And then we have this one...
I think it is in Parke County in Indiana...I wonder if it is still standing...
These were taken in 2009 so it is doubtful.

These are all great finds! Really like the colorful one from Michigan, and of course the collapsing one from Parke County. :-)

Good morning, lovely series of barns. The red barn and pumpkins is my favorite shot. Happy Sunday, enjoy your new week ahead!

Poor old barn, the last one. I too wonder if it's still standing. The red barn with the orange pumpkins sure is a stunning shot!

Of course the bright red barn catches my eye, but the white ones are a delight. The second one with the patched roof is wonderful. I wonder how much longer the last one will be standing, Thanks for sharing and I hope you can return with more.

I love the old barns!
The one with the pumpkins is a beautiful scene, I would probably post it again, too!

A fine barn series. I like the low, long ones. The last one must be on its last legs. A sad, highly decayed barn.

Wonderful series of barns. The last one seems doubtful to be still standing.

I like the design of the old barn which may not be standing now. I am sure it was pretty when it was new.

Super barns. I'll bet that last one has bit the dust by now. The old (120 yr old) barn by us was finally taken down. The last wind storm really rocked it so for safety sake it was taken down.

Fabulous barns - sometimes I think I prefer the old, run down barns - but that one with the pumpkins is amazing too.

Yes, some barns are in sad shape, but others are well cared for. Like the red barn.
