How about some coolness...

After all the heat, this is sort of appealing.

...there's been very few warm days here this summer. I will be looking forward to our first snow, but let's have summer and fall first.

Hello, that is a chilly looking scene. I am not a snow person so I would much rather be hot. Happy Friday! Wishing you a great day and weekend!

Well we haven't had that much heat! In fact we haven't had any really hot days at all. I was thinking of writing a blog post entitled "We Skipped Summer"!

It's a beautiful scene but here in

It must really be hot there to need a really cold scene to feel better. We have been having warm days but not terribly HOT days. Our nights always cool down into the 40s or 50s but we haven't had any rain in 40 days so I kinda miss the wet---but not a lot.
Those trees on my blog are Poplars---I don't know what kind actually. They are for a windbreak and by the creek. I wish you could come out and visit the ranch. No woods to play in but real different terrain with a beauty of its own. I like it there but do miss the woods when I am there.

Pretty picture, but for the time being I'd love to have a little bit of summer. We've experienced so much rain this summer :(

I love snow but I'm not quite yet ready for it. It will come soon enough around here. : )
