It's really quite perfect. And it is hanging!! Must be really strong!

I agree, nest are amazing, and once a cardinal built a nest, it was 2 feet off the ground, right where Jake could grab it. I reached in and removed it and it held together like it has been glued. they had to build another but the babies would not have survived.
Isn't that amazing!
Mostly I have only seen nests made like a Robin's nest. I have also seen an Oriole Nest. I wonder what bird made this one. Nice Pic.
That is a very nice one. I would love to know what bird it belonged to.

It looks like an Oriole nest.
These intricate bird nests always intrigue me when I think about the work involved in setting up for the impending arrive of offspring.
