I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of one of those - though I understand it was nearly as dangerous to be firing them. I just heard on the news that someone has just given back a cannon that they stole 30 years ago. The mind boggles!
Hello,It is a neat old canon. Great photo! Have a happy day and a good week ahead,
Neat old cannon. We've done fishing tournaments not that far from the Mackinac Bridge, never have gone to the island tho. That's on my bucket list of things to do.
KA BOOM! I want to hear it fire.. I love old forts and old cannons
Old cannon on wooden wheels. Must be very heavy and difficult to move around.
Nice capture of the cannon..I love the image of the ropes..Beautiful details in the ropes. Devi :)
Well composed elements.
With that we could start a baby war.
Great capture of this canon!! It looks ruggedly built with the wood supports and wheels.
