Heading for parts unknown

Swans from a few years ago...there are some passing through now but I have not been able to be out to photograph them.  Or maybe I should say have not been able to attempt to photograph them.

They really are extraordinary birds. Our "winter swans" have now all arrived from Iceland and N Russia, but I've yet to venture out to the Fens to see them.

When I see flocks of birds like this I always wonder where they are headed.

A beautiful capture of these large birds headed somewhere in their tight formation. I like that diagonal they've formed.

Beautiful image of these swans in flight. We get a lot of Canada geese flying over. I have yet to get a decent picture. This one is gorgeous!

White birds are so special, and you saw a flock of them gliding through the sky. That's amazing. What a pretty photo this is.
