I bet the title surprised you....well, this is King Tut thread for quilting. It is almost the only thing I use when machine quilting. There are so many lovely variegated colors! Superior Threads makes it.
I never heard of this brand, but I suspect it is only for quilting. How is quilting thread different from the all purpose kind? You have a nice organizer.
Your threads are all organized and ready to go. You have quite a selection, Rose. What a special hobby quilting is. My sister used to work on many quilts in her day.

wheres da pyramids? ha ha.. they even look attractive just sitting in their container..
Is this thread "tougher"?...or maybe Egyptian cotton (which I know,is superior)!
Hello,
Yes, the King Tut title made me think of a museum visit. The thread is colorful. Have a great day!
Egypt has always been famous for its cotton so it makes sense. Lovely rich colours.

How lovely those colors are.
I have never heard of King Tut threads before. Such pretty colors!
I learned something new. I thought thread was thread, except for the color, but a quilter would sure know the difference.
judging by the amount thread in this box Rose... you must have a lot of quilting to do....peter:)
Never heard of this brand but then I don't quilt.
Makes for a nice photo.
King Tut must be tough thread.
That is so very nice. I am related to a couple of quilters so I know how much work goes into them.
I love the colors! I have always wanted to learn to quilt. It is a beautiful craft and something that is so cherished.
Yes. The title threw me off, just as you intended. 😊
