We have a lot, too. They are a chatty bunch. But I have never snapped one this beautifully.
One of our exports to the wide world. They seem to thrive wherever they go.

Since I started bird watching, I never realized how many species of sparrows there are. And even the common house sparrow is worthy of a portrait like yours.

This species was extinct in our city!

I have so many in my back yard. I have tried different ways to encourage them to move to another location but no luck. They will push the blue birds out of their houses and will clean out a bird feeder in no time. They definitely seem the thrive anywhere!
